Job summary

Sephora Beverly Hills is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales goals. You’ll coach staff, model service excellence, and help create an inclusive, client-first culture.

This full-time, on-site role requires leadership experience in retail, willingness to work nights and weekends, and a commitment to Sephora standards and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
• Punctuality and consistent attendance
