Sales & Project CoordinatorPosition Summary

We seek a proactive, organized, growth-minded Sales & Project Coordinator to help drive client success and business growth. This role blends project management and sales activities — perfect for someone who loves helping clients win, enjoys technology, and thrives on building strong relationships. This is a primarily remote position with required in-person weekly team meetings.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management (40%)
  • Guide new clients through project onboarding and initial setup.
  • Build clear project portfolios outlining client needs, goals, and deliverables.
  • Forward project portfolios to the development team for digital asset creation.
  • Occasionally update client websites (basic edits, content updates, SEO tweaks).
  • Maintain internal documentation and process clarity.
Sales Support (40%)
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, light calling).
  • Respond to inbound leads and pre-qualify prospects.
  • Host Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at in-person networking events and community functions.
  • Manage CRM records, proposals, follow-ups, and scheduling.
  • Attend local networking events.
Administrative (10%)
  • Update systems and data metrics
  • Manage client accounts receivable
  • Maintain company manuals

Growth (10%)

  • Explore new software systems
  • Read and build leadership skills
  • Learn to manage a team
  • Mentor under the current leadership

Required Skills and Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client success, marketing support, or sales assistant roles.
  • Strong communication skills — especially for Zoom and video meetings.

  • Comfortable attending networking events and weekly in-person meetings.
  • Technologically savvy — basic experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and CRM tools.

Compensation
  • Salary: $40,000 annually plus commissions for closed sales.
  • This is an exempt position with regard to overtime.
