A leading company in industrial services seeks a Digital Services Technician to enhance Smart Equipment capabilities. This role involves implementing telematics solutions and improving customer service through technology. Candidates should have relevant experience and education in networking or electronics, with strong communication and organizational skills.
The Digital Services Technician is responsible for advancing Smart Equipment capabilities and implementing tools and processes to take advantage of real information to improve Aftermarket growth opportunities. This will include installing and maintaining telematics devices, developing data flow technologies and interface tools to be utilized by the Service Department, Account Managers, PSSR’s, Service Technicians, Technical Specialists, Business Line Managers and other personnel to improve Sandvik’s ability to provide superior customer service.
