Role Description

We are looking for COMMISSION-based Sales Representatives to join the MotorX team. This is a remote, contract role with flexible hours. Your responsibilities include visiting local dealerships to promote MotorX (optional for generating additional commissions) and helping customers complete car purchases through our platform.

Sales reps are paid per transaction — every time a car is sold through MotorX, you earn commission.

Responsibilities

1. Visit certified dealerships to promote the MotorX platform and build partnerships
2. Assist customers remotely with finding and purchasing vehicles
3. Close car deals and ensure a smooth transaction experience
4. Represent MotorX with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
5. Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and deal statuses

Qualifications

• Must reside in Southern California
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in speaking with dealership managers and clients
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable with remote communication tools (phone, text, email)
• Experience in customer relationship management and automotive sales
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
