Our system is simple, scalable, and smart, offering a unique marketplace model that helps businesses communicate better and earn revenue at the same time. As we enter a high-growth phase, we’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us scale our outreach and conversion efforts.

About the Role

We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work closely with leadership to turn warm leads into loyal customers, while also building outbound campaigns that attract new business. This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone who loves both systems and storytelling, and who gets excited by creative problem solving and real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Use our CRM (HubSpot) to engage warm leads through timely email, phone, and social outreach
  2. Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, social, local outreach) to generate new qualified leads
  3. Manage lead pipelines and follow-up cadences to improve close rates and reduce churn
  4. Collaborate with marketing to create messaging, landing pages, and content that drives engagement
  5. Track and report on campaign performance, helping us refine our strategies over time
  6. Provide feedback from the field to help shape product positioning, pricing, and GTM strategy
  7. Represent SignStream’s value proposition with clarity and confidence—on calls, in emails, and wherever opportunities arise
What We’re Looking For
  1. 2–5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or marketing role (startup or SaaS preferred)
  2. Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred) and marketing automation tools
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—concise, persuasive, and personable
  4. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  5. Experience working with small business clients, agencies, or multi-location retailers is a plus
  6. Creative thinker who knows how to test, learn, and optimize on the fly
