As Sales Director, you will work with potential families to educate them on LCB offerings and differentiators, guiding them in decision-making to choose an LCB community as their new home. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, confidence, persistence, and excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
