Job summary

BluePond AI is seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our go-to-market team. This hands-on role offers early ownership and direct exposure to senior leadership, shaping how we position our brand and drive pipeline.

You'll own digital marketing campaigns, SEO, email programs, and events, collaborating across teams to accelerate growth and visibility in a fast-paced AI-insurance tech environment. On-site in Bridgewater, NJ.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience running social media and/or digital ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals; GEO/AI search visibility a plus.
• Comfort with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter mentality — you spot what needs to get done and go do it.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bridgewater, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms.
• Own SEO and GEO to improve visibility and discovery.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns end-to-end with targeting, creative, budget tracking, and optimization.
• Build, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
• Support PR efforts and media relations with press releases, journalist outreach, and coverage tracking.
• Plan and execute BluePond-hosted events and represent the company at conferences.
• Support lead generation before, during, and after events.
• Help build relationships with event partners, media, and vendors.

BluePond AI is looking for a Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our go-to-market team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career — you'll work directly with senior leadership, help shape how we show up in the market, and see the direct impact of your work on pipeline and brand visibility.

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Plan, create, and manage organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms
• Own SEO and GEO to improve our visibility in search and AI-driven discovery
• Manage digital advertising campaigns end-to-end — targeting, creative coordination, budget tracking, and optimization
• Build, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns (nurture, promotional, and newsletter)
• Support PR efforts and media relations — press releases, journalist outreach, and coverage tracking

Events & Field Marketing

• Plan and execute BluePond-hosted events (webinars, meetups, customer events)
• Represent BluePond at industry conferences and trade shows
• Support lead generation efforts before, during, and after events
• Help build and manage relationships with event partners, media, and vendors

What You Bring

• 3-7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
