Sales and Finance Administrator (Fixed Term)

CAL>Isuzu is the largest Isuzu truck dealership in New Zealand, with branches located in Northland, Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga. We have a business strategy focused on growth and investment in people.

We are seeking a Sales & Finance Administrator to work within our finance team in Hamilton. This role is an integral part of the business and is responsible for all transactional processing within the Finance department and the Sales administration function. You will manage all new and used vehicle deals.

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a Finance Administration role
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be highly reliable
  • Be a natural communicator who loves delivering on promises
  • Manage your time effectively
  • Demonstrate administrative competency
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Have meticulous attention to detail
  • Be able to fit into a team and work collaboratively

Previous experience in a sales support role is highly desirable, as is experience in the automotive sales industry. However, exceptional transferable skills are also valued!

Key tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all administration processes are executed for Vehicle Deals
  • Maintain and process vehicle rebates
  • Maintain and process Warranty Credit Notes
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
  • Perform ad hoc admin and finance tasks
