We are hiring a Sales and Catering Coordinator.

Our Sales and Catering Coordinators are essential to the hotel's success as they serve as a vital link between the front desk and our sales team. They assist with incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings, support the sales team with contracts, room blocks, and communication across hotel departments to ensure guest and client satisfaction. Many of our sales coordinators advance to roles such as sales managers and Directors of Sales within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of events including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, reports, contract clauses, event orders, billing, and other details.
2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to forecast revenues and optimize space and room sales.
3. Gain knowledge of hotel food and beverage offerings, function space, and audiovisual services.
4. Utilize digital sales systems (e.g., CI/TY, Fosse) and understand hotel revenue strategies.
5. Create and manage social media content in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.
6. Attend customer functions as needed and work flexible schedules and locations based on business needs.
7. Operate independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and entrepreneurial decision-making.
