Job Title: Sales and Billing Operations Associate

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, CST schedule preferred)

Pay: $24–$28/hour (Contract)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a fast-paced, solutions-driven organization in need of a detail-oriented Sales and Billing Operations Associate. This role supports the internal operations team and plays a critical part in the billing cycle and sales processes.

Job Description:

This is a fully remote contract opportunity supporting sales operations and billing functions. The right candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce and billing systems, with a meticulous eye for data integrity and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and update billing records and quote information in Salesforce
• Handle incoming billing-related emails and triage to appropriate internal teams
• Monitor and manage internal billing support systems
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Purchase Order teams
• Perform data entry, account creation, and invoice research with a high level of accuracy
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain billing integrity
• Support internal client service and reconciliation needs

Qualifications:

• Experience working within Salesforce (required)
• Strong billing and invoicing experience (required)
• Familiarity with Zuora (nice to have, not required)
• High attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm CST
• Duration: Contract
• Reporting to: Manager of Sales & Billing Operations
