Job summary

Mars Snacking is seeking a Sales Analyst for Walmart, seasonal. You will build and deliver reports, perform data-driven analyses, and support strategic decisions for the customer team.

The role emphasizes forecasting, portfolio management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, presenting insights, and partnering with internal teams to drive performance and optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in sales analytics or category management.
• Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and Retail Link.
• Knowledge of omni-channel and eCommerce analytics.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver recurring reports, scorecards, analyses, and performance recaps leveraging multiple data sources to track objectives and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare data, analyses, and presentations for business reviews and customer milestones.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Analyze performance across key metrics using multiple data sources (Nielsen, Retail Link, Scintilla, Power BI).
• Support forecasting, item portfolio management, and ad hoc product requests.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver fact-based recommendations.
