Job summary

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Data Analyst to support sales, operations, and finance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance data. This role will assist sales personnel and management with dashboards, ad hoc reports, and data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics or related field, and 2–4 years of applicable experience in business analysis, data mining, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand objectives, business strategies, and KPIs to provide actionable information and analysis.

• Develop and provide ad hoc and scheduled reporting to sales management.
• Create sales dashboards and improve existing dashboards and disseminate information daily.
• Partner with interdepartmental teams to implement business development initiatives.
• Assist in execution of project deadlines and schedules.
• Review operational workflows and provide recommendations to management.
• Complete other projects as assigned.
