They build lasting client relationships through thoughtful styling, clienteling, and use of digital tools, while supporting the store team and contributing to sales goals. This role is a key entry point for future management opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs, demonstrating product knowledge, and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs.
• Strategize personal business growth through outreach, wardrobing, and leveraging CRM and digital tools for clienteling.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to support customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Adapt selling approach for remote and in‑person customers and capture meaningful customer data using Polo Connect and CRM tools.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high‑volume, or high‑profile environment preferred.

• Comfort operating a register and standing, walking, and moving for extended periods.
