They drive individual and team sales through clienteling, digital tools, and product expertise, while supporting training, talent sourcing, and store initiatives. Ambassadors maintain visual standards and contribute to a professional, collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge, styling recommendations, and personalized clienteling.
• Drive sales performance by meeting individual KPIs and supporting team sales plans.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo connect) to capture customer data and execute outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, participate in training, hiring, and store initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and adapt selling approaches for in-person and remote customers.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty retail or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; comfort using digital sales tools and CRM.
