Qualifications

• High school diploma and current enrollment in a college or university program pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of completed college coursework in your area of study.
• Strong curiosity about artificial intelligence, emerging technology, and business applications.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings and present recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems, ask questions, and seek feedback.

Responsibilities

• Join the Sales Applications team at the downtown Spokane office for Summer 2027 and explore AI and sales analytics.
• Evaluate existing sales applications to support Sales Engineers and daily workflows.
• Gather feedback from users and managers to identify improvement opportunities.
• Research and compare technology capabilities and features available in the marketplace.
• Prepare project documentation, research summaries, test scenarios, and recommendations.
• Track project milestones and communicate progress with stakeholders.
