Qualifications

• High school diploma and college enrollment in a relevant field.
• Minimum one year of college coursework completed.
• Strong curiosity about AI, emerging technology, and business applications.
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to document findings and present recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems, ask questions, and seek feedback.

Responsibilities

• Research AI capabilities and related tools (e.g., Copilot, CRM features).
• Evaluate sales applications and assess usability and workflows.
• Gather feedback from Sales Engineers and managers to identify improvements.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare project documentation, test scenarios, and recommendations.
• Deliver a final presentation and contribute to a phased tech roadmap.
