NAS Nachurs Alpine Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sales Agronomist to drive growth by providing technical agronomic support, dealer education, customer training, and field research. You will work with Regional and District Sales Managers, dealers, and growers to promote value-added crop nutrition programs and build customer loyalty.
This role requires 3-7 years in agronomy or related fields, strong crop knowledge, and the ability to travel 40-60% including overnight trips.

The Sales Agronomist is responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical agronomic support, dealer education, customer training, and field research. This role partners with Regional Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, dealers, and growers to position value-added crop nutrition programs through science-based recommendations and practical field experience. As the technical resource for the region, the Sales Agronomist helps customers maximize crop performance while supporting sales initiatives through education, demonstrations, and data-driven recommendations. The position also supports brand loyalty, research efforts, and the successful implementation of the Nachurs product portfolio.
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $104,900 - $146,920. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
