Nutrien is seeking an Associate-level, on-site Sales role in the United States to grow our crop input business. You will sell Nutrien products and services, maintain sales programs within your territory, and work to meet annual sales goals while monitoring market activity and product knowledge.

Travel within the territory and strong relationship building are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in agriculture, a PCA license or CCA certification is a plus, and a valid driver's

What You'll Do:

• Sell company products and services
• Maintain sales programs within assigned territory/accounts
• Responsible for meeting annual sales goals
• Monitor competitive activity and trends
• Knowledge of product features, benefits, and use
• Provide training to employees, as needed
• Initiate trials that will support marketing efforts
• Interpret soil, tissue, and water analysis
• Research and respond to technical inquiries
• Develop proprietary fertilizer formulations
• Publish and distribute periodic summaries of agronomic observations and research
• Maintain and build customer contacts

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in an agriculturally based program
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry as well as the application of agricultural chemicals
• PCA License is required (for CA positions) / CCA Certification a plus, member in good standing, or ability to test for credentials
• Valid Driver's License
