Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Field Insurance Agent in Massachusetts to drive personal lines sales. You will join a dynamic team, complete comprehensive training, and obtain licensing with costs covered by AAA Northeast.

You will sell to members via branch, phone, and online channels, building long-term client relationships and a pipeline using CRM tools. The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, professional service, and cross-selling AAA membership benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain Personal Lines License within 30 days (training covered).
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Interact with members in person at the branch, over the phone and online.
• Compile coverage and rating information; confirm underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data.
• Provide members with product and premium proposals that fit their needs.
• Develop leads and prospects by responding to referrals timely.
• Maintain prospect files in the CRM system and participate in sales programs.
• Develop knowledge of Life products for referrals to licensed agents.
• Quote, bind coverage, and process member payments per agency processes.
• Coordinate with QA and Underwriting to minimize errors.
• Deliver AAA Five Diamond service to all clients.
• Build relationships with clients, insurers, dealerships, and real estate agents.
• Promote AAA Northeast membership benefits to clients.
