True North Group LLC. is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee in Russellville, AR. This role trains you to present workplace supplemental insurance, build a personal sales pipeline, and close deals under mentorship.

You'll meet with individuals and teams in person, gain licensing for Health and Life Insurance, and earn uncapped commissions with a structured path from day one. No prior sales experience is required.
