Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated sales professionals for residential home visits in the Greater Cincinnati Territory. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and mentorship, with uncapped commissions and opportunities to earn a top Sales Trip for high performers.

Design Consultants visit homes, present products, and guide homeowners to same-day decisions on window and door replacements. Eligible for medical/dental/vision/life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled home appointments for residential customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and close on the spot.
• No project management or follow-up required after visits.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
