Compensation

On‑target earnings are approximately $90,000, with the opportunity to exceed $100,000 based on achievement of performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals set by the VP of Sales and Inside Sales Manager by delivering a strong customer experience and closing business with direct consumers and direct groups.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries by asking smart qualifying questions and confidently guiding prospects to take the next step.
• Follow up on leads through outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities, present the right product, and close the sale.
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer needs and travel plans.
• Provide a confident, professional phone presence while managing multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Serve as a creative problem solver—helping customers navigate questions, concerns, and unique situations.
• Partner across departments to resolve issues and ensure customers get the right solution.
• Maintain consistent inbound/outbound activity to drive revenue and results.
• Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve conversion and performance.
• Use Salesforce to document leads, track follow‑up, and manage your pipeline effectively.
