Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent candidate to join a structured training program focused on sales, products, and licensing, with promotion to a Sales Agent upon successful completion. The role is based in a Branch Office where all sales activities occur on-site and licensing support is provided.

You will generate business through prospecting, networking, and lead development, aiming to meet and exceed monthly sales goals while building strong client relationships and delivering

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses; A P&C license required prior to start (AAA provides study materials; 3-4 weeks to complete).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
