As a Sales Agent, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply your sales experience and insurance knowledge to increase customer understanding of insurance value and cultivate long-term trusted relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources
• Help protect customers by offering suitable Allstate products
• Complete outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Educate prospects on protecting their families and assets

Job Qualifications:

• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred
• No insurance experience required
• Able to obtain an insurance license within 30 days of employment
• Confident, motivated, and independent worker
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Comfortable with outbound sales calls
