Job summary

AAA in Arkansas is seeking a driven Sales Agent to source and develop leads, prospect and network to meet monthly goals. You will communicate effectively, provide excellent customer service, and work to retain members while building a profitable business for AAA.

The role offers an earning potential of $100K+ with comprehensive benefits, including pension plan, paid training, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background, credit check, and drug screen required.
