Job summary

AAA Texas LLC seeks an energetic Sales Agent to source and develop leads, prospect, and network to achieve strong sales results. You will drive customer engagement with clear communication and a focus on retention while delivering excellent service.

The role emphasizes meeting monthly targets, being self-motivated, and maintaining licenses in property & casualty/personal lines and life insurance. Training is provided and benefits accompany a performance-driven career.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain required licenses (P&C/Personal Lines and Life Insurance).
• Computer experience and good organization skills required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Background and credit check and drug screen successful completion.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
