We currently seek an experienced Sales Agent who shares our passion for advocating for immigrant rights. The ideal candidate will embody the three essential qualities we pride ourselves on: Hard work, initiative, and attention to detail.

Description

The Sales Agent is a crucial part of our team, with the responsibility of increasing revenue and expanding our customer base. This role requires leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and exemplary dedication toward the Vergara Miller Law Firm’s mission to change people’s lives.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our services to potential clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Generate and manage leads and schedule consultations adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls, redirecting clients to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow operating procedures to record all sales accurately.
  • Take detailed case notes after each interaction with a client.
  • Maintain regular communication with the legal and customer service teams.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the immigration or legal industry, is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Dropbox, GoTo, and other relevant programs.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and team relationships to achieve shared objectives.
  • A passion for helping people and making a difference in the community.
