Job summary

AAA in Texas is seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to join our team. This role offers $100K+ earning potential through commissions, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training. You will source leads, develop relationships, and strive to exceed monthly targets.

Strong communication, customer service, and self-motivation are essential as you build a profitable business. A license in Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance is preferred, with further licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background and credit check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
