Job summary

Mobilelink LLC, Cricket Wireless's largest authorized retailer, is seeking a Sales Advocate in Decatur, IL. You will deliver outstanding customer service, propose tailored wireless solutions, and contribute to store KPIs. This role supports store operations and may require participation in community events.

A strong customer-service mindset and reliable transportation are essential. Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude; strong service mindset.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of store and able to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Follow Team Color policy while maintaining a neat, professional appearance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform inventory duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value for customers and businesses through tailored recommendations.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and uphold brand standards.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations and duties.
• Hit sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus opportunities.
• Occasionally participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
