Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. This full-time role emphasizes real sales, problem-solving, and closing deals on the floor.

Base pay is the floor and uncapped commissions reward top performers. Successful training is provided with a fully paid 3-week onboarding to get you selling confidently.

What you need:

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Bonus points for:

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Bilingual skills
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
