Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Seattle, WA. You will demonstrate Sony innovations through engaging demos and guide customers to select ideal home theater solutions.

Expect a wage range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with biweekly pay, paid training, and quarterly bonuses. You’ll work Fridays 3pm-8pm and weekends 11am-7pm, 20 hours weekly, and enjoy 401(k) with matching and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and energised interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to commute to a local Best Buy.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Tech-ready for reporting duties and demos.

Responsibilities

• Share your Sony enthusiasm by delivering dazzling demos to showcase Sony's technology.
• Help customers with effective engagement strategies and expert home theater recommendations.
• Close sales and achieve weekly goals, overcoming objections with confidence.
• Educate and train store personnel so they can share Sony knowledge confidently.
• Post-shift reporting: complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback.
