Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a Part-Time Sales Advisor for Sony at a local Best Buy in Rogers, AR. You will demonstrate Sony products and help customers find exciting home entertainment solutions.

The role features 20 hours per week, Friday 2pm-7pm and Saturday/Sunday 11am-7pm, pay range $18.00–$20.00 per hour, quarterly bonuses, 401(k) with match, paid training and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Energetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Share Sony enthusiasm by delivering demos to shoppers and store associates.
• Help customers make informed choices with expert recommendations on home theater gear.
• Close sales and help meet weekly targets.
• Educate and train store personnel with Sony knowledge.
• Post-Shift reporting: complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback.
