Job summary

ActionLink is seeking an energetic Full-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at local Best Buy locations in Richmond, TX and Houston, TX. Earn $19–$21 per hour with a 30-hour weekly schedule (Thu–Sun, 11:00am–7:30pm) and quarterly bonuses.

Payroll is W2 with biweekly pay and direct deposit. Training provided to master Sony products, with medical, dental, vision, life, and prescription insurance, plus 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with electronics and home theater products

Responsibilities

• Share Sony enthusiasm with store associates and customers through demos
• Help customers make informed decisions with expert recommendations on home theater gear
• Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals
• Educate store personnel about Sony products
• Complete post-shift surveys and reporting
