Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a driven Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our Sony Promoter Team at a local Best Buy in Madison, WI. You will demonstrate Sony home cinema innovations, engage customers, and drive sales while training other staff and reporting feedback.

Paid training, biweekly pay, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off are among the benefits. Weekend shifts required, 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to engage customers and demo products effectively.
• Reliable transportation to store location.

Responsibilities

• Share your Sony enthusiasm by performing demos for store associates and customers.
• Provide expert recommendations on home theater gear and engage customers.
• Close sales and help achieve weekly sales targets.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products and features.
• Complete post-shift surveys with feedback and reporting.
