Roland – a world leader in musical instruments and gear – is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Advisor in Las Vegas. Represent Roland with enthusiasm, demonstrate gear hands-on, and help customers find their perfect sound.

You will drive sales and build lasting brand loyalty through engaging in-store experiences. The role requires 2–3 years in sales or music gear, a passion for music, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales, retail, or musical instruments.
• Musician, producer, DJ, or sound engineer with gear knowledge.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate others.
• Access to high-speed internet and smart device for reporting.
• Love for music and creating memorable customer experiences.

Your Schedule & Location

• Full-Time | 40 hrs/week; Friday-Tuesday | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Guitar Center at: 6587 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas NV 89119
