Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a Sales Advisor Lead in Overland Park, KS. You will serve as the manager on duty when senior leaders aren’t present, oversee daily operations, and drive membership sales. This developmental role prepares you to advance into a Team Leader position.

You will open/close the site, greet customers, educate them on our wash process, and lead a team to deliver a top customer experience. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and work outdoors for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the car wash per SOPs.
• Lead by example and greet customers; drive membership sales.
• Guide vehicles safely and explain wash process to customers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and functionality for a superior experience.
• Address customer issues and escalate when needed; coach teammates.
