What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Agent, you’ll play a key role in connecting clients with the coverage they need. Your day-to-day will include:

• Cultivating and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients — becoming a trusted advisor in their insurance journey.
• Conducting detailed needs assessments to fully understand each client’s unique situation and insurance requirements.
• Presenting policies in a clear, straightforward way that makes sense to clients, helping them feel confident in their choices.
• Working in a lead-driven environment, so you won’t have to worry about cold calling. You’ll be focused on serving warm leads and building your book of business.
