Job summary

Mastria Auto Group is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Raynham, MA. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and relationship building to drive sales and satisfaction.

You’ll present vehicle features, guide customers through the buying process, and follow up to ensure lasting impressions. Join our family-owned group renowned for work-life balance, a 40-hour work week, Sundays off, daily 6 PM closures, and a weekday day off.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Outgoing personality with relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Technology savviness and comfort with devices and demos.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Learn in-depth knowledge of Mastria’s vehicles, accessories, and technology.
• Present features and demonstrate vehicle systems (Bluetooth, navigation, owner’s manuals).
• Provide thorough dealership orientation and tour for customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Deliver Mastria’s services and value propositions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Committed to becoming an expert by gaining in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicles, accessories, and technology.
• Has a full knowledge and understanding of our company history and its values
• Gives customers in depth information on the owner’s manual and warranty
• Can demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation systems, Bluetooth, etc.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Can conduct a dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to various points of interest of the dealership.
• Give customers a full demonstration of all the services Mastria has to offer.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Sales Advisor position. This role if heavily focused on customer service. You don’t have to have automotive experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service.

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• No industry experience required
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
