About the Role:

We are a busy NYC-based mortgage lender looking for energetic, sales-driven Live Transfer Agents to join our remote team! You’ll be handling warm, pre-qualified leads and connecting them with our loan officers— no cold calling!

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming live transfers from potential borrowers.
• Quickly assess customer needs and transfer qualified leads to loan officers.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive phone presence.
• Follow compliance guidelines and track interactions in our CRM.
