UNIQLO Cherry Hill is seeking a part-time Sales Advanced Associate to be the customer service expert in-store. You will listen to customer needs, suggest products, provide in-depth product information, and help close sales while upholding UNIQLO standards.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, assisting with fitting rooms and cashier duties, processing shipments, and supporting management with store issues.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Comfortability standing for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain brand and store standards (visuals, cleanliness).
• Proactively assist customers using the UNIQLO service standard.
• Assist with fitting room and cashier duties when needed.
• Process shipments and ensure floor representation.
