Esler Companies is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team, keep operations organized, and coordinate communications with customers. You will handle travel, expense tracking, emails, and reporting while assisting with tech questions and special projects for the General Manager.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute across multiple projects and events within Renewal by Andersen's Nevada network.

Competenze

• Experience with technology; Apple OS is a plus.
• MS Office experience including Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Shows initiative to complete tasks independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Overview

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team!

In this role, you'll be assisting the Sales team and helping to keep them organized and functioning smoothly! This will include many things, including helping with tech questions, coordinating communications, tracking goal sheets, and scheduling meetings.

We're a very team oriented company, in a very fast paced business - if you thrive in this type of environment, keep reading!

• Maintain schedules for sales team and coordinate any travel required for business purposes.


• Manage expenses for local sales team.


• Coordinate emails to customers.


• Run various reports as requested.


• Assist with all project consultant technology questions (iPads, various systems).


• May include some overlap in assisting the General Manager with special projects and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with technology (Apple OS a plus)


• MS Office experience - Excel, Outlook, Word
