Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers of Nevada, LLC is seeking a Sales & Administration clerk to assist with store accounting, customer service, and tire and wheel sales. You will greet customers, answer questions, provide quotes, and refer complex issues to senior staff.

You will support inventory, credit program administration, and day-to-day operations while upholding company policies and the Code of Conduct. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
