Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers of Nevada, LLC is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) to handle store accounting, assist in tire and wheel sales, and deliver excellent customer service in line with company policies and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing quotes, assisting with credit program, inventory, and general store operations; the role requires a fast-paced environment, standing/walking, and a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking. Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and providing quotes; referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; helps with credit program administration; assists with store inventory and merchandise pickup.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; identifies customer needs and refers to appropriate staff.
