Les Schwab Tire Centers in Tigard, OR seeks a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) team member to assist customers, support store accounting, and help drive tire and wheel sales in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet customers, discuss needs, provide product quotes, assist with the credit program, help with inventory, and promote store specials while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Continuous standing and walking.

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers.
• Discussing customer needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program.
• Assists with store inventory.
• Picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Promotes store sales.
• Asks questions to identify customer wants and needs.
• Refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
