Responsibilities

• Greeting customers; discuss needs, answer questions about merchandise and services; provide quotes and refer to qualified colleagues as needed.
• Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping; help administer the credit program; assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales; identify customer needs and refer to appropriate staff.
