Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers; discuss needs and answer questions about merchandise, vehicle repairs, and services; provide quotes and refer to other staff as needed.
• Assist store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; help administer Les Schwab credit program; assist with inventory and pickup of merchandise/parts.
• Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales; identify customer needs and refer to qualified staff when appropriate.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by following company policies and procedures.
