What the Role Is

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Admin Executive to support our sales and business growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing team. You will be involved in both sales and administrative tasks, playing a key role in client acquisition, customer support, and internal operations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Keep client database and contact records regularly updated
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients and follow up on leads
  • Work towards and achieve set sales targets
  • Handle quotations, order follow-ups, customer inquiries, and provide after-sales support
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

What we are looking for

Location: Singapore (Work From Home)

Availability: July 2025

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:-

  • Proven ability to build and maintain good client relationships
  • Strong presentation, planning, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
