Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers; discuss customer needs and questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and services.
• Provide product and service quotes and refer customers to other qualified staff as necessary.
• Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assist in administration of Les Schwab credit program; assist with store inventory; pick up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales; identify customer wants and needs; refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
