Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Administration (Clerical & Sales Support) team member to assist customers, handle basic sales support duties, and contribute to store accounting and operations.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, frequent customer interaction, and coordination with other staff to ensure accurate processing of transactions and fulfillment of customer requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; continuous standing and walking.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, discuss needs, answer questions related to merchandise and services, provide quotes, and refer to other team members as needed.
• Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping; support credit program administration; help with inventory and receiving merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service, promote store sales, identify customer needs, and route to appropriate staff as necessary.
