Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Discussing customer needs and questions about merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Assists in the administration of Les Schwab credit program
• Assists with store inventory
• Picking up merchandise and parts as required
• Provides excellent customer service
• Promotes store sales
• Asks questions to identify customer wants and needs
